3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments and other approved providers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method.

HERZ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

If installment options (e.g., Shop Pay Installments) are selected, payment terms are governed by the third-party provider. HERZ receives payment according to Shopify’s merchant agreement and is not responsible for installment provider terms.

4. Custom & Engraved Pieces

HERZ offers personalized and astrological engraving services. Because these items are custom-made:

  • Custom or engraved pieces are final sale.

  • Orders cannot be modified once production begins.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm engraving details before submission.

HERZ is not responsible for customer-submitted spelling or date errors.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process orders within the timeframe stated on each product page. Production timelines may vary depending on customization.

Once an order has shipped, HERZ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen logistical issues.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

HERZ offers a 30-day return policy on eligible items. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Custom or engraved pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
