HERZ Return Policy

At HERZ, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and in original packaging. Once received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.

Because many HERZ pieces are made to symbolize something deeply personal, custom or engraved rings (including astrological engravings) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These pieces are crafted specifically for you and cannot be restocked.
