At HERZ, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. Eligible items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with original packaging, documentation, and proof of purchase. Items showing visible signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return. Personalized or engraved pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange due to their custom nature.To initiate a return, please contact admin@herzjewelry.cawith your order number. Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect, and we recommend insured, trackable shipping. After inspection, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
